Order Terms

1. How to order:
Please offer your specifications of the printing order to us by:
a). e-mail to: info@china-printing.com.cn or export@china-printing.com.cn
b). Submit onto Order Online
c). Download the printing order confirmation at: http://www.printing-service.cn/printing order confirmatin.doc
fill in it and fax it to us at 0086-20-84044656/83684025
we will e-mail you a scanned confirmative order form.
2. Process:
a). You confirm order and pay the advance;
b). You send us in express the CD(s) with the original document(s) and requirements including the paper and post-press finishing, etc in express, or upload the digital folders with your printing document(s) and requirements onto our FTP with the account we offer you;
c). We make your printed products according to your digital folders and deliver them to you.
3. Price:
For a cost estimate on your order, please send an email with your requirements
4. Payment:
50% in advance and the other 50% must be paid before delivery.
5. Lead Time:
Our regular lead time is 5 business days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be flexible depending on the specifications of your order.
6. Transport:
The printed products can be transported by air on airport to airport basis or by sea. The approximate transit time is 5 days or above.
7. After service:
Chinee is responsible for making some modifications as you need and your purchase can be reproduced and refunded if there are serious quality problems.
